About Festlink

Festlink was founded by two brothers with one goal: make it easier for festival and event vendors to find opportunities, and for organizers to manage the vendors who apply.

We built Festlink after seeing the same problem from both sides. Vendors were stuck scrolling through dozens of Facebook groups and event pages, filling out the same application over and over. Organizers were managing vendor applications through email threads and spreadsheets, with no easy way to track who applied, who's approved, and who's still pending.

Festlink brings that under one roof. Vendors build a profile once and apply to events across Ontario without starting from scratch each time. Organizers get a dashboard to review applications, track documents, and manage their event's vendor lineup in one place.
