Trust & privacy
Built to protect your information.
Here's exactly how FestLink handles what you share with us — no vague promises.
Documents stay private
Insurance, permits and licenses are stored in a private file store. They are never public event content — only you and the organizers you apply to can see them.
Organizers see only what's relevant
An organizer can only view applications and vendor details for their own events — access is enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.
We don't sell your documents
What you upload is used to run your application, full stop. FestLink does not sell or share your business documents with third parties.
Protected authentication
Accounts are handled by Supabase Auth with hashed credentials — FestLink never stores your password in plain text.
You control your profile
Update your business info, documents and photos anytime, and withdraw an application whenever you want.
Events are reviewed before going public
New event listings are checked before they appear on FestLink, so vendors browse and apply to real, vetted opportunities — not spam.
Questions
Frequently asked questions.
What is FestLink?
FestLink is a marketplace that connects festival, market and event organizers in Ontario with the vendors who apply to sell or exhibit at their events — one vendor profile, applied to as many events as you like.
Who is FestLink for?
Food trucks, food vendors, craft and retail vendors, exhibitors, and service vendors on one side; festivals, farmers markets, craft fairs, schools, churches, municipalities and community organizers on the other.
Is it free to use?
Yes, FestLink is free to use through 2026 for both vendors and organizers — no credit card required to sign up.
Do I need to fill out a new application for every event?
No. Build your vendor profile and upload your documents once, then reuse them for every application — you only add event-specific notes if an organizer asks for them.
Can I withdraw an application?
Yes. You can withdraw a pending application at any time from My Applications, and you're free to re-apply later if the event is still accepting vendors.
Is FestLink only for Ontario?
FestLink is currently focused on Ontario events and vendors. We're building the platform city by city, with more regions planned as the marketplace grows.
What happens to my documents?
Documents you upload (like insurance or permits) are stored privately and are only visible to you and the organizers of events you apply to — never shown publicly.
